- Orders & shipping: Fulfilled from Thailand unless noted; timelines shown at checkout.
- Returns (30-day fit & feel): Unworn/unused items with tags may be returned within 30 days of delivery for refund or exchange.
- Defects: We’ll repair/replace or refund—email photos + order # to hello@P4E.com.
- Sizing exchanges: You cover return shipping to us; we cover the replacement outbound for Thailand addresses.
