What we collect
- Basic analytics (Google Analytics 4 via Site Kit): page views, session info, scrolls, outbound clicks. No face recognition or ad personalization.
- Forms (Forminator): name, email, and whatever you type.
- Comments: your comment, display name, IP for spam protection.
- Shop (if/when active): name, address, phone, order details for fulfillment.
How we use data
- To run the Site, reply to messages, fulfill orders, and understand what content helps visitors. We do not sell personal data.
Cookies
- GA4 and WordPress set small cookies so the site works and stats are accurate. You can block cookies in your browser and the site should still work, with limited analytics.
Who processes data for us
- Google (Analytics 4) – website statistics.
- Hostinger / WordPress – site hosting & security.
- Email provider – we read and reply to your messages.
(These providers store data on their own secure systems.)
Data retention
- Analytics: standard GA4 retention (14 months).
- Form messages & emails: as long as needed to respond, then periodically cleaned.
- Orders (if/when shop opens): kept as required by Thai law.
Your choices
- You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data: hello@P4E.com.
- If you are in the EEA/UK, you also have rights to object or restrict processing under GDPR. For now we do not use ads/remarketing.
Children
This Site is not directed to children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy. The “Effective” date shows the latest version.
